Poor Quality – Dreadful Service. We bought a metal framed bed for my daughters from Rooms in June 2013. After 14 months, the welds in the frame have come apart. Rooms, Keighley, boast excellent customer service, so we were surprised that the manager, Andrew, won’t return our phone calls or respond to our emails. I'm afraid this will require an unwelcome visit to the small claims court to fulfil our rights under the Sale of Goods Act, which says that product must be of merchandisable quality when sold. Very disappointed in Rooms, Keighley.
